We hate rejection because it hurts.
When we are rejected we feel as though everything we have worked for or accomplished is for nothing. We cower in our shells and guard our hearts. In these moments , we forget that time is required to heal all wounds. If you have been rejected, are feeling rejected or can see a rejection coming in the near future — embrace it — learn from it and allow the pain to push you into positive action.

2. Process the hurt.
3. Record the lesson.
4. Remind yourself that you were DELAYED, but NOT denied.
5. Refocus the energy to work in your favor.
